boo!
boo! sorry for being MIA for so long. i've been lazy to load photos..log into blogger and type type type.

casual wear for shopping- Old Navy sequinned tank layered over Mango white racerback/Osmose black slacks/F21 necklace/adidas Missy Elliot Respect Me bag/flats from Novo/
xmas eve was spent shopping hehe. i went bugis intending to find cheap stuffs but ended bursting close to 200 buckaroos. we were supposed to go JB instead to buy shoes but it was cancelled umpteen times cuz darl said it's dangerous to go there now.
xmas was great. didnt go for any countdown parties though. post-xmas was even better (read: post-xmas sales!) heh. from the isetan private sale, i managed to grab some tops from topshop and 2 tops from topman for darling (sth like a xmas present?) and a wallet. wanted to get shoes and bags, but it was sooooo crowded, the only thing i took away from that section was FRUSTRATION. i cant stand those aunties. i know, i might become one next time, but as long as i am fully aware of my behaviour i will not let myself become like one - "
i must f***ing squeeze through the crowd even if i am fat. i dont care if i need anything from here i just want to f***ing squeeze through them, use my bag to bang them and get my way through. i must get this for my daughter, my son, my hubby, my..." you get my drift?
but it was great meeting up with min, collin, dorcas aka dorkie aka rulin aka dorCARS! hehe.
then, mango started their 70% reduction yesterday and i got a top (i am surprised i still can find US XXS!) and a pair of shades. the crowd was still there so i didnt stay for too long.
Guardian and Watson's were having post-xmas sales too. i wanted to get Avene products esp the thermal spray from Guardian but decided i dont need it? so i only got the ZA masks and ZA hydrating gel from Watson's. seriously, i dont think expensive facial products necessarily means effective. i mean, look, the Kose Sekkisei Lotion costs me 80 bucks, and it gave me pimples. so i've stopped using it like after the first 3-4 weeks? the Kose powder wash was ok..it didnt give me pimples but i didnt see any results they claimed either. maybe it's just my skin. i dont know cuz Biotherm was the worst product i've ever used but it worked wonders for others. anyhow, ZA really impressed me given that it's only a drugstore product. with that said, on the contrary, i am still getting the SKII cleanser after i finish the Kose one.
so after these 4-5 days (of so many sales). we're coming to the end of 2005. despite the fact that i hate crowd, i am going for a countdown party tonight (darl has free tics so cheapo us haha).

wore this for interview- topshop white singlet/topshop suede black belt/mango grey washed out skinny jeans/necklace my mum bought me/
i didnt realise school was gonna start until i received a call from a TA the day before telling me to go for an interview for BSM China. and the interview was like yesterday. given less than 24 hours to get myself mentally prepared, i freaked out. i had no idea what to wear, i had no idea what the prof is gonna ask, i had no idea what he is looking for etc etc. i almost wanted to just back out since i've already 5 modules. but now i really hope to get it (of cos with all the 3 babes) and i'll drop one course. i really really want it. well firstly, i've to say i am not a big fan of..C.H.I.N.A. but it's good exposure. i dont mind the experience, to go visit the industrial park, look at how business is like there etc. i wanna see the houses in Suzhou and i can go Shanghai to shop for cheap stuffs and prolly extend my stay in HK to shop! pls pls pls, i really wanna go. but something is bothering me after the interview - the Prof said "good luck" to me at the end. i have a bad feeling about that 2 words. it just sounds like "
good luck girl, u gotta work harder next time. HAA you need lotsa luck!"......ohh well.
